There is a bonfire scheduled for 8/29/09 out by the pond
after the races. Bring your ice chests, chairs and whatever else you
want. There is no curfew so stay after the races and have some fun.
We have also been approved to stay after on the last night 9/6/09
and hang out. There will not be a bonfire on that night.
Banquet 2009
This Years Banquet will be held at Medicine Park Music Hall on Saturday, November 14th.
The Menu this year will be a choice of Chicken Fried Steak or Roast Beef along with Mashed Potatoes,
Green Beans, Dinner Roll, Salad, Dessert, and a Drink. You are not permitted to bring your own
alcohol but they will provide beer at cost (last year was $1.00 per beer) and liquor. Ticket information to come.
Pizza, Pizza
LSRA Booster club is having a fundraiser night on
August 25th from 6pm to 9pm at the Pizza Hut on
45th and Lee (East Lee across from Country Mart)
They will donate 20% of the proceeds for everyone who
presents a flyer. Flyers will be given out shortly so watch

Some of you may have stored your golf carts and 4-wheelers here through out the week...
Well not any more. What you see above is now the new LSRA office and Race Shop.
It is located under the south grandstands in the pits. We will be selling Tires (and yes we have a tire machine as well),
Tear offs, and other racing supplies. We will also be selling fuel.
We will sell both Methanol and Racing Fuel. The Methanol is $3.00 per gallon. The racing fuel
price is $6.50 per gallon. Just remember, everything that is bought from the racing shop, will benefit you because
all the proceeds will go to the drivers point fund so be sure to buy your fuel and supplies from the LSRA Race Shop.
